Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Candle Farmer Pro, including the website, memberships, signals, educational materials, the Martingale Optimizer, the Candle Farmer Community and related services.

By accessing the website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Candle Farmer Pro.

Candle Farmer Pro is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to access the service and any applicable third-party trading platform in their jurisdiction. By using the service, you confirm that you meet those requirements and that you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Candle Farmer Pro is a technology-driven market-analysis and trading- signal service. It analyses market activity and produces structured trading setups, which are delivered to members through the Candle Farmer Pro community.

Candle Farmer Pro provides market-analysis information, educational materials, calculation tools and community resources. It is an informational service.

Candle Farmer Pro does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and does not act as your adviser, broker, fiduciary or portfolio manager. Nothing provided by Candle Farmer Pro should be interpreted as a personal recommendation to buy, sell or trade any instrument.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any trading activity is appropriate for your circumstances. Consider consulting an appropriately qualified independent professional before engaging in speculative trading.

Candle Farmer Pro does not execute trades on your behalf. The decision to enter any trade is entirely yours, including confirming the asset, the direction, the entry time, the expiration, the payout and your position size. You accept responsibility for the trades you choose to enter and for the resulting gains or losses.

Candle Farmer Pro offers three membership options. The current prices and inclusions are set out below and are also shown on the membership page.

The 3-Day Intro is an introductory option for someone who wants to test Candle Farmer Pro before purchasing a larger membership. It provides 3 days of Candle Farmer access.

The 3-Day Intro does not include:

• Martingale Optimizer
• Candle Farmer Community

It is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.

The Monthly membership provides Candle Farmer access, the Martingale Optimizer and the Candle Farmer Community for 30 days. The website may describe this as approximately $2 per day over the 30-day period.

This membership is recurring. It renews automatically every 30 days until it is canceled.

The Lifetime membership provides Candle Farmer access, the Martingale Optimizer and the Candle Farmer Community on an ongoing basis, according to the applicable Lifetime membership terms.

It is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription. It is positioned as the alternative to paying approximately four months of the $60 Monthly membership.

Membership payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the information you give is accurate.

You are responsible for any fees, charges or taxes associated with your purchase that are not included in the membership price.

The Monthly membership is a recurring membership. Before purchasing, you should understand that:

• The membership is recurring.
• Your payment method may be charged $60 every 30 days until the membership is canceled.
• You must cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next recurring charge.
• Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

Recurring-billing information is shown on the membership page and is not hidden.

If you no longer wish to continue a recurring membership, you are responsible for canceling before the next scheduled renewal. Failure to use Candle Farmer Pro does not automatically cancel a subscription. Deleting Telegram, leaving a Telegram group, ceasing to trade, or simply not using the service does not necessarily constitute cancellation.

To cancel, use the designated Candle Farmer Pro cancellation process or contact us through the contact page and select "Cancellation Request".

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Candle Farmer Pro membership purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the applicable digital service has been provided.

This applies to:

• $20 3-Day Intro purchases
• $60 Monthly membership payments
• Monthly membership renewals
• $240 Lifetime membership purchases

Refunds are not generally provided because of:

• Losing trades
• A losing Martingale sequence
• Failure to use the service
• Dissatisfaction with trading results
• Failure to cancel a recurring membership before its renewal date

Nothing in this policy eliminates any consumer right, refund or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law, and nothing here prevents a genuine billing error, duplicate charge or unauthorised transaction from being investigated and resolved. Access is provided for the period covered by your membership and for the membership tier you purchased. Access is personal to you and is provided for your own use.

The Martingale Optimizer is a calculation tool available to Monthly and Lifetime members. It calculates example position sizes from information such as payout percentage, initial account-risk percentage and previous losses. It does not predict market direction, guarantee recovery, or determine whether you should enter a trade.

The Candle Farmer Community is available to Monthly and Lifetime members. It is delivered through Telegram and is subject to the conduct requirements in these Terms as well as Telegram's own terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting us
• Keep your account and login credentials confidential
• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Verify the details of any trade — asset, direction, entry time, expiration, payout and position size — before confirming it
• Only risk money you can afford to lose

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure
• Copy, scrape or redistribute the service or its content
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with Candle Farmer Pro

Membership access is personal. You may not share, transfer, resell or otherwise make your access available to anyone else, including by redistributing signals outside the Candle Farmer Pro community or granting others use of your membership.

The Candle Farmer Pro name, branding, website content, educational materials, signals, tools and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They are provided for your own personal use as a member. No licence is granted to reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from them.

When participating in the Candle Farmer Community, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse or threaten other members
• Post unlawful, misleading or deceptive content
• Advertise or promote unrelated products or services
• Share signals or membership content outside the community, or present yourself as speaking for Candle Farmer Pro

We may remove content or restrict participation where conduct interferes with the community or breaches these Terms.

Candle Farmer Pro is independent from third-party trading platforms unless expressly stated otherwise. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that provider's own terms and policies. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, execution or operation.

You are responsible for determining whether any platform you use is legal and available in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances.

Candle Farmer Pro depends on technology, including internet connections, servers, APIs, messaging platforms and trading platforms. The service may occasionally be delayed, interrupted or temporarily unavailable, and signals may occasionally be delayed, missed or duplicated.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and do not guarantee that every scheduled signal opportunity will be produced, delivered or suitable for every member.

We may update or change the service when reasonably necessary, including trading rules, features, supported platforms, signal schedules, membership features, educational materials, Martingale calculations and technology infrastructure. Any material contractual changes remain subject to applicable law.

You acknowledge that trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the money you choose to trade. Losses are possible, and no signal is guaranteed to be successful. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Any historical performance statistics displayed by Candle Farmer Pro reflect historical results according to our tracking methodology. Past performance does not guarantee future results. A displayed accuracy percentage does not guarantee profitability, and individual member results can differ from historical figures for many reasons, including entry timing, payout, position sizing and execution.

You acknowledge that Martingale-style position sizing increases the size of a position after a loss, which can cause account exposure to increase rapidly. Martingale does not guarantee recovery. MG1 is not guaranteed to win, MG2 is not guaranteed to win, and a complete Initial → MG1 → MG2 sequence can lose, in which case the money committed to all three positions may be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Candle Farmer Pro is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from trading decisions you make.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any liability arising from fraud or from any right you have as a consumer that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information provided is complete or accurate at all times. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached — for example, where membership access is shared, resold or redistributed, where the community conduct requirements are breached, or where the service is misused or used unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending your use does not automatically cancel a recurring membership; you remain responsible for canceling before your next renewal.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Candle Farmer Pro's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service or to applicable requirements. When they are updated, the "Last updated" date on this page will change. Continued use of Candle Farmer Pro after an update means the updated Terms apply.
