Even small price movements can determine whether a trade finishes as a win or a loss. A trade can move from profitable to losing, or losing to profitable, within seconds or fractions of a second. Short-duration trading should be considered highly speculative.

Trading results may vary between users even when they attempt to follow the same Candle Farmer signal. Differences can arise because of:

• Internet latency
• Device performance
• Broker/platform latency
• Server delays
• User reaction time
• Millisecond-level price movement
• Different price feeds
• Entry execution
• Platform processing
• Network congestion

A difference of even milliseconds may result in a different entry price. As a result, one member may win a trade while another member may lose the same general signal. Candle Farmer Pro does not guarantee that your personal entry price will match an entry observed by the system or another member.

Different brokers, trading platforms, liquidity providers, servers, and data feeds may display different prices. Candle Farmer Pro does not control third-party pricing. A Candle Farmer signal may therefore produce a different result depending on the platform, price feed, execution timing, or other circumstances affecting the individual trader.

Trading-platform payout percentages may change without notice. A payout displayed at one moment may be different by the time you enter a trade.

Candle Farmer Pro's trading rules may recommend using a payout of 70% or higher. Meeting this threshold does not make a trade safe and does not guarantee that a trade will win or be profitable. Always verify the current payout yourself before entering a trade.

Candle Farmer Pro may provide educational information and tools relating to Martingale-style position sizing. Martingale generally involves increasing the size of a subsequent position following a previous loss.

For example, a Candle Farmer sequence may be represented as Initial → MG1 → MG2. If the Initial entry loses, MG1 may follow. If MG1 also loses, MG2 may follow. Using Martingale can cause account exposure to increase rapidly.

Martingale does not guarantee recovery. MG1 is not guaranteed to win. MG2 is not guaranteed to win. A complete sequence can result in Initial ✗ → MG1 ✗ → MG2 ✗. If this happens, the money committed to all three positions may be lost.

Therefore, a 1–2% initial risk does not mean that the maximum possible loss of the complete Martingale sequence is only 1–2%. Before entering the Initial trade, you should understand the potential combined exposure of Initial + MG1 + MG2.

No trading strategy or methodology eliminates losses. Candle Farmer Pro can experience individual losses, consecutive losses, losing Martingale sequences, periods of reduced performance, and changing market conditions.

Candle Farmer Pro does not generally provide refunds because of:

• Personal dissatisfaction with trading results
• Changes in personal financial circumstances
• Failure to cancel a recurring membership before its renewal date

Candle Farmer Pro does not guarantee profitable trading results. A losing trade, losing Martingale sequence, or period of reduced performance does not itself create a right to a refund.

The $20 3-Day Intro is a one-time introductory membership option designed to provide temporary Candle Farmer Pro access. The $20 payment is a one-time charge. It is not a monthly subscription.

The 3-Day Intro does not include every premium feature available to Monthly and Lifetime members. Once access to the 3-Day Intro has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Monthly membership is currently priced at $60 per 30 days. This is a recurring membership. Members who no longer wish to continue are responsible for canceling their membership before the next scheduled renewal.

Canceling prevents future recurring charges in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. Canceling does not automatically create a refund for a payment that has already been successfully processed. Once a Monthly membership payment has been processed and access has been provided, the payment is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Lifetime membership is currently priced at $240 one time. This membership is intended to provide ongoing access according to the applicable Lifetime membership terms. It is not a monthly subscription.

Once Lifetime access has been provided, the $240 Lifetime membership purchase is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Certain Candle Farmer Pro features may be limited to Monthly and Lifetime members. These may include:

Purchasing a 3-Day Intro membership does not automatically provide access to features specifically reserved for Monthly or Lifetime members.

Monthly members are responsible for canceling before their next renewal if they do not wish to continue their membership. Failure to use Candle Farmer Pro does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Deleting Telegram, leaving a Telegram group, ceasing to trade, or simply not using Candle Farmer does not necessarily constitute cancellation of a recurring membership. Members should use the designated Candle Farmer cancellation process.

Nothing in this No-Refund Policy eliminates any consumer right, refund, reversal, or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Candle Farmer Pro may also choose, at its discretion and where legally permissible, to provide a refund or other accommodation in exceptional circumstances. Providing an exception in one situation does not automatically create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

If you believe a Candle Farmer Pro payment was processed incorrectly, duplicated, unauthorized, or affected by a billing error, contact Candle Farmer Pro support promptly so the issue can be investigated. This No-Refund Policy is not intended to prevent legitimate billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or other legally protected payment disputes from being appropriately investigated and resolved.
